The love affair between Milwaukee and food/travel shows continues. Following in the august tradition of the Travel Channel visiting Sobelman’s Pub & Grill, the Travel Channel visiting Comet, and Spike TV (RIP) dooming the old Y-Not III and Campbell’s Irish Pub, the Travel Channel’s popular Food Paradise will soon descend on Milwaukee’s Merriment Social. The program, which focuses on specialties from restaurants located all around the country that fit one specific episode theme, will be filming on Tuesday, January 30, from 4:30-8:30 p.m. And you’re invited to stop by.
Milwaukee is no stranger to Food Paradise. Past featured restaurants include Old German Beer Hall, The Vanguard, Ward’s House of Prime Rib, and Five O’Clock Steakhouse. No air date for the Merriment spot has been announced. Food Paradise airs Sundays on the Travel Channel.
